a) Job Responsibilities

1) Responsible for compiling materials and craftsmanship and compiling craft work instructions;

2) Responsible for the analysis of product material characteristics, formulate production process and process standards, analyze and solve on-site process problems;

3) Responsible for the design of special process equipment such as molds and tooling;

4) Responsible for the research of new materials, new technologies and new processes, reduce processing and manufacturing costs and improve assembly efficiency.

b) Job requirements

1) Bachelor degree or above, professional background in material technology, machinery manufacturing, etc.;

2) Familiar with material property analysis and process formulation process, those with relevant experience are preferred;

3) Familiar with the manufacturing process, mechanical product processing technology, skilled use of 2D and 3D mechanical design software (UG, AUTOCAD, etc.), relevant experience is preferred;

4) Those who are particularly good at physics can be accepted without the above conditions.
