Position 1: structural design

a)Job responsibilities

1) Responsible for structural design of products, including research and development of new products and improvement and upgrading of existing products;

2) Responsible for strength, vibration and life analysis and optimization design of parts, design of rotor dynamics and characteristic analysis;

3) Responsible for preparing technical documents and drawing lists, and making assembly drawings and parts drawings;

4) Responsible for the technical support in the process of product manufacturing, and solving the problems in the assembly process.

b)Job requirements

1) Bachelor or above degree in mechanical design, structural design and other related professional backgrounds;

2) Familiar with the characteristics of various mechanical structures, with good spatial imagination ability, skilled in using 2D and 3D mechanical design software (UG, AUTOCAD, etc.), and experience in structural design is preferred;

3) Familiar with mechanical structural strength and reliability analysis methods, and experience in structural strength analysis and rotor dynamics analysis is preferred;

4) Those who are particularly good at physics can be accepted without the above conditions.

Position 2: Control System

a)Job responsibilities

1) Responsible for the development and integration of control system hardware equipment and accessories;

2) Responsible for the development of control system software, including software architecture, functions, interfaces and control strategies, to achieve the given control laws;

3) Responsible for the testing and semi-physical simulation of the control system.

b)Job requirements

1) Bachelor or above degree in control, automation and other related professional backgrounds;

2) Familiar with the design of digital circuits and analog circuits, skilled in the use of development tools such as AD, Protel, Keil, and experience in motor control is preferred;

3) Familiar with the development process of the control system software, skilled in using C/C++, Matlab and other programming languages for development and simulation, and experience in control system software development is preferred;

a)Job responsibilities

1) Responsible for product's combustion system development, including flow and combustion simulation analysis, optimizing combustion system design, improving combustion stability and combustion efficiency, and reducing combustion emissions;

2) Responsible for the matching analysis of the combustion system with other components and optimizing the performance of the products;

3) Responsible for the application of new combustion technology and new cooling technology in products.

b)Job requirements

1) Bachelor or above degree in combustion, thermal energy and other related professional backgrounds;

2) Familiar with the combustion simulation analysis process, skilled in using Fluent, CFX and other software for combustion analysis, and experience in combustion system design is preferred;

3) Those who are particularly good at physics can be accepted without the above conditions.

Post 4: Material Technology

a)Job responsibilities

1) Responsible for compiling materials and craftsmanship and compiling craftwork instructions;

2) Responsible for the analysis of material characteristics, formulating production process and process standards, analyzing and solving on-site process problems;

3) Responsible for the design of special process equipment such as molds and tooling;

4) Responsible for the research of new materials, new technologies and new processes, to reduce processing and manufacturing costs and improve assembly efficiency.

b)Job requirements

1) Bachelor or above degree in material technology, machinery manufacturing and other related professional backgrounds;

2) Familiar with material property analysis and process formulation process, those with relevant experience are preferred;
