The facility integrates advanced specialized processes such as electron beam welding, laser cladding, and ultrasonic impact strengthening, ensuring that key components exhibit high-temperature resistance, fatigue resistance, and extended service life. The precision assembly workshop operates in a high-standard clean environment and is equipped with dynamic balancing test benches with micro-Newton precision and multi-axis flexible assembly tooling, guaranteeing high assembly accuracy and consistency for entire engines.

Quality Inspection and Testing Capabilities

The quality management system complies with ISO 9001 and AS9100D aerospace quality standards. The company employs Renishaw coordinate measuring machines (CMM) from the UK, Zeiss industrial CT scanners from Germany, and non-contact optical measurement systems for high-precision dimensional analysis of all components. Additionally, the facility is equipped with high-altitude simulation test benches, dynamic vibration testing platforms, and multi-environment adaptability laboratories to ensure engine stability and reliability under extreme conditions.
