SinoHawk Power boasts a dynamic and innovative research team. By 2025, the team will expand to 300 members, with over 80% holding bachelor's degrees or higher. The core team consists of postdoctoral researchers, Ph.D.s, and master's degree holders from top-tier universities such as Tsinghua University, the University of Science and Technology of China, and Sichuan University. With leading expertise in aerospace engine development and strong capabilities in advanced manufacturing and testing, the team is dedicated to the design, development, manufacturing, and maintenance of high-end equipment, including aerospace engines, gas turbines, and industrial compressors, providing robust technological support for China's high-end equipment industry. Leveraging modern digital R&D tools, the team has established a digital engine development platform, revolutionizing the traditional aerospace engine development process. By integrating digital design, digital simulation, digital assembly, and digital testing, the team significantly shortens the development cycle, enhances research and development quality, and effectively reduces manufacturing costs.
